Karen has a heart for sharing all that she has learned (see her
bio), especially with young
singers. She has taught Master Classes in secondary schools, colleges and
universities.
"Lion King", "Color Purple" (the Broadway plays), TV's "American Idol", and "Gospel Dreams". Ms. Parks has successfully coached students seeking entrance to undergraduate school, graduate school, musical theater (Broadway) and American Music AMDA scholarships.
She also conducts theater workshops for magnet schools, fine art and performing arts schools, and professional ensembles, choruses and choirs in both the US and Europe. Karen teaches classical vocal technique, belting, dramatic interpretation, movement and monologue preparation. She assists clients with all levels of audition preparation. Ms. Parks also teaches in private, one on one sessions.
